A new era for water polo in the Asia-Pacific

The Asian Water Polo Champions League is a regional competition uniting the Asia Pacific region’s top clubs from across Asia, the Middle East, Australia and Oceania. Planned to launch in 2027, teams compete in three regional super leagues, advancing to the preliminary rounds, then to the Champions League finals tournament.
Wood Nest Sport (WNS), the global powerhouse behind the successful sponsorship of the LEN Champions League, recently announced a landmark three-year deal with delivery partner Fremantle Water Polo (FWP) as the naming rights sponsor for the new competition that will include broadcast partnerships, digital subscription models, and a future women’s competition that will underpin the League’s growth and sustainability.
